Tracker 6.3.1 throws a Xuggle error on Mac July 26, 2025 8:00AM UTC
Gareth Welfoot 2 Posts	Hi I am having issues running the most recent Tracker 6.3.1 on my Mac. I'm running Sequoia 15.5 on the system. I uninstalled and installed an older version 5.1.5. This worked, but only when I converted MOV files to MP4. I reinstalled the newest version 6.3.1 and I get a Xuggle error message on start up. Even when I switch to version 5.1.5 in the edit tab it still throws a video engine error message at me. Below I have attached screenshots of the error messages and report logs that I'm facing. If the issue can be resolved that would be amazing. I guess for now, I will just run the older 5.1.5 version. Attached File: PhysicsTrackerErrorScreenshots.pdf Login to reply

Douglas Brown 465 Posts	Rajiv, please clarify. Do you mean that you first installed ver 6.3.1, then 6.3.0? And then if you select ver 6.3.1 in the preferences dialog it runs correctly (no Xuggle error)? Thanks. Rajiv Ranganathan 3 Posts	Hi Doug, If I installed 6.3.1 (with the Xuggle error) and switch the version to 6.3.0 (using the Edit menu), the 6.3.0 version still didn't work If I downloaded the 6.3.0 installer file and installed Tracker again, it worked just fine Rajiv Login to reply \| Condense
