1. Describe exactly what the problem is, when it occurs and how to reproduce it.
Video is glitchy. Rewind to beginning does now update display.
2. Always include your OS type and version, Tracker version and Java version in the report.
Works in 5.1.5. Fails in locally installed 6.2.0. Works online with 6.2.0 Windows 10 Education Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz 8GB RAM Graphics Adapter: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600

4. If the problem is related to video loading or playing and Xuggle reports it is working correctly, report the video file type and, if possible, its codec and source (e.g., iPhone, GoPro, etc).

Hi Paul, thanks for the bug report. We can reproduce the issue you describe and are digging into it, but it will be at least a couple weeks before a fix. Just wanted to let you know we are not ignoring it ;-)
