Hello, I really like this program as its very effective for the research I am currently doing. I just wanted to ask if its possible to measure the entire distance traveled over the course of a video. I am currently working with insects moving in a tube moving either up or down. The video is facing it directly so that it can only move up and down the frame along the Y-axis. Is it possible to be able to measure how much it moves completely? I know you can export but if I can do it within the program it would be very helpful.

You asked if it's possible to measure the entire distance traveled by the insect over the course of a video. Yes, what you want to measure is the "path length" L which is near the end of the variable list for plots and tables.

I tried to apply the L function and it seems like it doesn't update past a certain number of steps. Do I need to run the program from the start with L enabled or is there a way to get the data once it has been completed? Any help is appreciated.
