[Help] example videos doesn't work at macOS

Hi, I am high-school physics teacher in Korea.

while planning lectures, I noticed example videos(for example, pucks collide.mov) cannot be opened at macOS(M1) with error message I attached (but It worked at window).

I am not sure it happen to me only or global Mac issue.

plz give me advice. thanks.

(Videos I took for test are opened well only example videos issue.)

Is the pucks collide.mov being loaded from the ComPADRE digital library or from your local hard drive?  Please provide a URL for the video clip so that we can try and reproduce the error.

Also, follow the steps in the debugging Tracker document.

Windows and Mac versions of Tracker should behave the same, but Mac problems are often caused by not have the correct file permissions.

The pucks collide.mov opens correctly on an Intel-based Mac using the latest Tracker version 6.0.8.
