Hi I am wondering how to use the blue line calibration. Do I have to set it at what 1m is in reality or ?

Also when im using autotracker I have a black point drawn on my test piece. The tracker keeps losing the point. How do I fix this?

For the calibration stick just look at Calibration Stick in Tracker Help. Here it is online:  https://physlets.org/tracker/help/stick.html

Autotracker help is also in Tracker help and here: https://physlets.org/tracker/help/autotracker.html. Or watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dn0Zz7rtkZw
