Hi everyone,

I have downloaded the latest version of Tracker and when running it I get the error message: "out of memory error java heap space", I can't open tracker by tracker.jar

I have tried to open the file "tracker.prefs" in the text editor but when saving and exiting, a text box appears saying that the owner of the program does not allow editing the space due to encoding.

I have also tried to download the old version and it does not allow to open videos because I get a message saying that the video engine does not exist.

What should I do in this case?
