This is certainly odd since your installed files look fine. What happens when you double-click the tracker.jar file directly?

Dear Douglas as there is no java in my system - nothing. BUT - the installer comes with the java.. so what works is this: "C:\Program Files\Tracker\9.0.4-x64-jre\bin\java.exe" -jar tracker.jar
but the shortcut and clicking on Tracker.exe gives error message. problem is in Tracker.exe, not .jar...

Yes, I see and thanks for finding this, Dima. I have fixed it so Tracker.exe will launch Tracker in the bundled java VM instead of the default VM on the machine. Much better!! You'll see that in the next release which should be soon. Thanks again. Doug
