I've installed 5.1.5 version on a MacBook Pro with Mac OSX Big Sur. Setup and first running went ok. But, when I try to load my first video to analysis, the app simply freezes without any option. I have uninstalled it and installed it back several times without any improvement. I've restated the system and modified the program available memory too, nothing happens. What can I do, please?
Try converting the video to a different format and loading the converted video. There are some new compression formats that the Xuggle video engine can't handle.

Thank you for your response. I've tried with the "BallTossOut.mov" video in the videos Tracker folder. I noted the opening window isn't the regular one, but it is a new tab on the main Tracker window with the loading counter freezed.
To test your tracker installation, please try and load a Tracker Experiment from a Tracker Digital Library. I recommend that try the simple projectile example in the Tracker Home Library DL.
Thank you for your response. I've tried to load the DL, but I don't have the DL menu. As I said before in this threat, I've noted the DL window loads in the main Tracker window as a tab, but it isn't a separated window. I can't load any project except if I previously know the URL. The same seems to happen with Data Tool window.
Well I've "done my own research" hahahaha and I found the problem: Checking the "General" item of the System Preferences, I saw the "Prefer tabs when opening documents" in the option "always". I changed it to "never" and done! Business as usual!
