It would be most helpful if users reported their operating system and os version when reporting bugs.

Colin, can you confirm that version 5.1.5 is the problem? Just do this:

--open the Preferences (Edit|Preferences)
--in the Runtime tab set the Tracker Version to 5.1.4
--hit the Restart Now button on the Preferences dialog

Now does the file explorer work?  After checking, just set the preferences back to default and restart to launch the latest version (5.1.5).
