Yes, you can do this in 2 steps:
1. In the original video tab, choose Edit|Copy Object|Coordinate System, the in the new tab choose Edit|Paste Coordinate System. This sets the scale, angle and origin of the new tab to that of the original. 2. Do the same copy/paste for the Calibration Stick. Note that this step is not really needed if the intent is simply to reproduce the coordinate system.
