When exporting a video clip, the result is always horribly pixilated. It appears that a LOT of video compression is used by default. The resulting image is pretty poor.
I'd like to be able to export a video clip with the object motions drawn on. But the result is always disappointing.
Sorry, there's no way to change the quality of the exported videos. You might try exporting as a JPEG image series and then using a different program to combine these into a video.
Thanks. I guess if I really had to the JPEG export could work. The workflow is a little awkward.
My experience trying to edit technical video suggests that lots of artifacts can be created such as dropped frames, duplicated frames, and lossy compression. Even just shortening a clip in Quicktime can result in dropped frames.
Might improving video export quality be something to consider for a future release? Perhaps that's a good project to farm out to the developer community.
