Tracker 4.10.0 available--better Pencil tool and instant upgrading

Hello Tracker users,
Tracker 4.11.0 installers for Windows, Mac and Linux are now available from both the Tracker home page (http://physlets.org/tracker/) and ComPADRE (http://www.opensourcephysics.org/items/detail.cfm?ID=7365).
The improved pencil tool lets you assign start and end frames to your drawings. Much better!
Another change in this version is instant upgrading. You still have to use an installer to install this release, but for most future upgrades a single click within Tracker will instantly download and launch the new version.
Less obvious, but still important: the coordinates displayed in the Data Tool plot now use the same formatting as the corresponding datatable column. This includes any custom formatting, including units, set by the user.

Another reason to upgrade to this version of Tracker is that ComPADRE now uses the secure https protocol rather then the older http protocol. Older version of Tracker are not able to download videos and tracker experiments from the ComPADRE digital library because of this change to ComPADRE.
