Can you tell me what OS you are using? Also, what Java VM (look at Help|Diagnostics|About Java)?
Another piece of info that would be useful: do you have a Xuggle folder, and if so what is it's full path?

All of this looks normal, so now I'm mystified! Can you please do two more things?
1. check the message log (Help|Diagnostics|Message Log) and see if there are any errors reported
2. attach a copy of the start log (Help|Diagnostics|Start Log) to your next post

Again, all looks normal in the start log. Please confirm that the following files are in your Tracker home (C:\Program Files (x86)\Tracker): xuggle-xuggler.jar, logback-classic.jar, logback-core.jar, slf4j-api.jar. If they are, then I'm just shooting in the dark, but maybe your antivirus software is blocking something??? I really have no idea, I'm sorry!!
Has anybody else on this list had a similar problem? If so, please chime in!
I think your original post mentioned that you have QuickTime but it doesn't work either. What does Help|Diagnostics|About QuickTime tell you?
