Yes I did. help-about-xggule says "The xuggle video engine is not working, please reinstall tracker"

I tried to reinstall several times, but it is not working. version is 4.96, and I installed Xuggle, Quicktime and JAVA.

Tracker doesn't work at video files except image files, so I tried gif files in tracker then it works.

My os is : microsoft windows 10 pro

Xuggle folder path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Xuggle

help-java says :

Java version 1.8.0_121(32-bit)

Can you please do two more things? 1. check the message log (Help\|Diagnostics\|Message Log) and see if there are any errors reported 2. attach a copy of the start log (Help\|Diagnostics\|Start Log) to your next post Thanks! Douglas Brown 450 Posts	Again, all looks normal in the start log. Please confirm that the following files are in your Tracker home (C:\Program Files (x86)\Tracker): xuggle-xuggler.jar, logback-classic.jar, logback-core.jar, slf4j-api.jar. If they are, then I'm just shooting in the dark, but maybe your antivirus software is blocking something??? I really have no idea, I'm sorry!! Has anybody else on this list had a similar problem? If so, please chime in! I think your original post mentioned that you have QuickTime but it doesn't work either. What does Help\|Diagnostics\|About QuickTime tell you? Login to reply \| Condense
