1. Describe exactly what the problem is, when it occurs and how to reproduce

Video is glitchy.  Rewind to beginning does now update display.

2. Always include your OS type and version, Tracker version and Java version
in the report.

Works in 5.1.5.  Fails in locally installed 6.2.0.  Works online with 6.2.0

working correctly, report the video file type and, if possible, its codec and
source (e.g., iPhone, GoPro, etc).
