Attach coordinates to a video shot at an angle

Hi there!
I noticed that Tracker can only analyze videos taken perpendicular to the moving surface of the object. I would like to ask, if my video is limited by the shooting position and cannot be shot perpendicular to the plane of the target movement, how can I obtain accurate position information?
For example, the field experiments we are doing. The experimenter moved in a straight line in the parking lot, but we had no way to shoot perpendicularly to the ground, so we set up a camera on the roof of a nearby building to shoot downward at a certain angle. How should we obtain the accurate xy coordinate values of the experimenter?
