Tracker 6.1.3 Installer Renders Wayland System Unusable

I cannot install Tracker 6.1.3 on Fedora 38 because it causes Wayland to completely break. Luckily, I tested in a VM, because after installation, graphical use becomes impossible. All icons are missing and desktop space is black, running applications cannot be seen.
