Good news--there's a work-around if Microsoft Defender blocks Tracker on Windows 11:

1. right-click the downloaded installer and choose "Show more options", then "Scan with Microsoft Defender"
2. if Defender identifies a threat (see screenshot) then click on "Allowed threats"
3. click on "Protection history," then exempt the Tracker installer under "Actions"

You should now be able to run the installer :-)  Doug

Select "Allow on device" after scaning the Tracker installer with Windows Defender.
