Problem with velocity

Hi, I have movie recorded in time-lapse technic. Recording setup was - a frame for every 10 minutes. I merged all frames into one video 24fps, and now I have big problem how to obtain a true velocity of my object that I am tracking? I would be very gratefull for any comment and help.
