Followed your instructions in the help pdf.  There appear to be no problems with the converted file to .mov

You suggest setting "high efficiency Video" to off, but I don't see such a setting anywhere on my phone.  Wondering if it could be called something else.  My video (mp4) won't load into Tracker. (new user here!)
