Can't zoom in on large images off the mat

Hello,

I am working with very large, high resolution images, but when the images exceed the mat size I can't zoom in on the portions outside of the normal mat size, is there a way to be able to zoom in freely? The images load onto Tracker, but I just can't zoom in on the entire image when they are large.

Thanks for your help!

Patrick, how big are your images? What mat sizes are available in the Edit|Mat size menu?

Hi Douglas,

The only mat size option appears to be 2056 x 2320. Some of my images are as big as 4608 x 3456, for example.

When I paste an image with dimensions 4608x3456 I see several mat size options bigger than the image size, up to 9600x7200. I wonder, are you loading several images of different sizes? Maybe the mat size is determined by the first image--is the first one smaller?

One thing I see is that the minimum zoom is 15%--is that part of the issue??

What is your screen size? Doug

Thanks for your help.

My image set does consist of different sizes, so the issue has been corrected by making the first image the largest image in the set.
