How do you manage uncertainty measurements with Tracker?

Hi everybody,

I am actually using Tracker to measure the depth of a peak in the ground.

I would like to know if Tracker have anything to deal with the uncertainty of my measure when I click on the screen to indicate the position of my landmark.

Otherwise, I was thinking of taking the uncertainty of my scale but if you have any advice or other ideas, that's welcome.

Have a good day,
Thanks

The uncertainty depends on many factors like the lighting, resolution and sharpness of the video, the care with which the tracks were marked, the calibration of your scale, possible perspective and/or radial distortions, etc. There is no automatic way to do it, you just have to estimate it separately for each case based on these factors.
