Traker does not open any video in Ubuntu

Hi, I'm new to traker. I'm trying to open classroom-tested videos, from Traker Sampler or from OSP traker collection. Everytime I get the error unable to open videos type mov; mp4; etc. How can I solve it? I'm using Ubuntu 20. 04.3
