Parkour roll movement analysis (physics)

so, i'm doing a project where i'm analysing parkour rolling absorsion efficiency and i need to analyse some videos with non ideal angles (videos recorded in a 'skate fashion' way, or where the camera is moving while the motion is happening).
i want to know how i can Track these videos with most accuracy.

(if someone also know, how accurate is tracker? in therms of post-graduate physics analysis)
