Students unable to analyze videos due to low memory error

I have been using Tracker since August 2017 in my undergraduate biomechanics class and this semester have started experiencing a new issue. When some students are trying to analyze their videos (usually autotracking a single point mass during very short durations <10 seconds), they aren't able to analyze because they keep getting a "low memory" error. I have tried some of their videos with no issue, and other students seem to be working fine, but with previous versions I haven't ever had this come up. Has anyone had this issue, know what may be causing it, or a potential way around it?
