Version 5.1.5 missing feature to open video from url

Has the feature to open a video from a URL been removed? The help file indicates that it is possible to open videos from a URL, but this feature is missing from the file menu. (See attached screen shot.)

Yes, the File menu item to open a URL has been removed but you can do the same thing with the Library Browser. Just open the Library Browser from the File menu or the third button on the toolbar, enter the video URL into the URL file and hit enter.
