How many fps do I need for classic physics experients (free fall, spring projectile launchers etc.)

Hello!

I teach physics and I'm about to buy a camera. I'm not sure which specs I need. Of course more fps are better, but what what would be a reasonable choice?

I'm consindering:

Panasonic FZ82:
1080 pixels, 60p
280 x 720 pixels, 25p (HD: MP4) (Sensor Output is 100fps)
640 x 480 pixels, 25p (VGA: MP4) (Sensor Output is 200fps)

Gopro Hero 7 black:
1080p 240hz, but I'm worried about lens distortion.

Sony RX-10 II:
1080p 1000fps, but expensive...

I will use it for tracking motion for projectiles (fired from spring launchers, tossed balls and free falling objects)

Thank you
Benjamin
