Problems with the "Java Virtual Machine Launcher"

I have just installed Tracker 5.0.6 on a Windows 10 machine (64 bit). When running the program, I get the following error message:
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.
What can I do to solve this issue?
