Some frames in my avi file are excluded due to variable time duration

Hello,
I have an avi file with 15sec 40fps, So there are 600 frames in this file. But when I imported this file in Tracker, It said my video has variable time duration, and for accurate velocities and accelerationsthen, some frames had to be excluded. Then, only 225 frames are left.
I don't want to exclude frames, I want it to include all 600 frames. How to do that?
