hi all i would like to use cel phone to record tracker movies. the newer phones tend to have varying fps that does work with tracker. I am using android HTC one x, or Xperia Z did you find solution - maybe simpler and quicker recording app? thanks ami

An old post but a problem we encountered last year with newer iPhones. For dramatic reasons the 'slo-mo' mode usually involves a changing frame rate to ease the view from 30fps to the 210 rate. This can be overridden in the video settings but is not the default. Alert your students to this potential ahead of time and they usually know what to do. We stopped replacing our old Exlim cameras because so many students now choose to use their phones for the videos. The results are very good as long as you go into the settings to fix the frame rate.
