No Video Engine

I have installed the latest Tracker version on my Lenovo Yoga Windows 8 laptop. I attempt to open a video file and receive the "No Video Engine" error. The Help Diagnostics send me to About Xuggle and QuickTime. Xuggle and QuickTime are installed successfully. I am able to run videos in QuickTime independently of Tracker. I have confirmed that I have 32-bit versions running in Windows 8.
