written by Joe Ferguson and Jack Denson
published by the MSU Department of Physics and Astronomy
This web site contains a collection of labs for lower division college physics courses.  The labs cover a variety of topics, including Newtonian mechanics, circuits, thermodynamics, waves, optics, and modern physics.  Each lab includes a brief theoretical explanation of the concepts involved, a description of the equipment and procedures, and questions for the students. The labs are sorted by course and presented in the sequence used in the class. Some labs are used in multiple courses.
