The AIAA Foundation's undergraduate scholarship program offers scholarships of $2500 to college sophomores, juniors, and seniors each year. All recipients can apply to renew their scholarship annually until they graduate. And through the annual graduate scholarship program, the AIAA Foundation presents graduate awards worth $5000 each. |

Both undergraduate and graduate scholarships are offered, so please see the website for more details as they vary depending on the scholarship you apply for. Applicants may be students of any nationality, not restricted by the U.S. State Department, in full-time study at any accredited college or university within the United States. (Applicants for the Orville and Wilbur Wright Graduate Awards and the Guidance, Navigation, and Control Graduate Award are not restricted to US schools). The undergraduate scholarship does require an essay of 500-1000 words (Career Goals). References and transcripts are also required. The graduate scholarship requires a PDF of research outline of student's approved topic. |
