| Description: | The Wayne State University (WSU) REU site, in partnership with the Cornell University REU Sitesite, Brookhaven National Laboratory, Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, and Standford Linear Accelerator Laboratory, has established a very successful record of introducing young undergraduate students and teachers of diverse ethnic backgrounds to leading edge scientific research in elementary particle physics, nuclear physics, accelerator physics, and related technologies at the Laboratory for Elementary-Particle Physics (LEPP) at Cornell University, Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL), Fermi National Laboratory (FNAL) and Wayne State University. |
