| Description: | The RISE - Research Experience for Undergraduates (RISE-REU) internship program provides students with the opportunity to conduct team-based interdisciplinary research in materials science, engineering and nanotechnology. Internships will normally run for a period of 10 weeks, June 13 - August 21, and will carry a fellowship stipend of $3800 plus an additional $500 for travel. In addition to their stipend, students will be offered housing on the UCSB campus. |
