Description: TOPS is a six-week summer program for sophomore and junior physics majors  who are considering a career in pre college teaching. The program offers opportunities to design and teach physics classes at the middle school and high school levels, under the supervision of experienced lead teachers. TOPS is sponsored by the MIT-Harvard Center for Ultracold Atoms (CUA)It is housed in CUA, and CUA-related themes are emphasized in the teaching.
