| Description: | The Nanoscale Interdisciplinary Research Team in Nanogeosciences based at Harvard University offers summer research opportunities for undergraduates in science and engineering in (1) the fate of pollutants in soil, air and water, with a focus on biogeochemical understanding (2) the thermodynamics and kinetics of environmental particles and (3) molecular simulations of environmental processes. The 10-week program includes social and professional development activities. Students receive a stipend, housing and travel allowance.
