Dave Donnelly Zone 13 SPS comprises *nearly* the entire state of Texas--the exception being El Paso, which joins New Mexico and Arizona to form Zone 16. Texas is a large state, with lots going on, including the unexplained "MARFA LIGHTS"... Additional Links
