STEM Scholarship - St. Mary's College, IN - Jan 20 at 4:00PM

Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, Indiana has received funding from The National Science Foundation and is offering a 'PRISM Scholarship' for Saint Mary's College students in the classes of 2016 and 2017 who demonstrate exceptional motivation, ability, and enthusiasm for science, mathematics, or engineering, i.e., STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) fields.  St. Mary's does offer a Physics major. So, if you are considering colleges, this may be worth a look!  The total scholarship award is up to $26,500 per student distributed as $6,500 during the sophomore year and $10,000 during each of the junior and senior years.

Deadline:  FEBRUARY 15,2013

Who can apply?

1)    First year students in the class of 2016 or 2017 intending to major in biology, chemistry,
       mathematics, and/or the dual-degree program in engineering.
2)    Students must be a US Citizen.
3)    Must be in academic and social good standing.
4)    Must qualify for financial aid (even if it is just $1!).
