Again, I am finding some college specific STEM scholarships for Physics majors. This may help you if you plan to attend one of the colleges below. See each scholarship website individually for eligibility criteria as this varies.
Chandler Gilbert Community College located in Chandler, Arizona:
Limited to Chandler Gilbert Community College students, but provides up to $3,000 per semester. This scholarship applies to Physics majors, among others. It appears financial need must be demonstrated. The deadline for the Spring semester is Friday, January 4, 2013.

Univ. of Akron -STEM scholarships:
This is limited to students planning to attend University of Akron, however, the scholarship is sizable (up to $5200 per academic year), it is renewable, and it applies to Physics majors (among others). Kentucky Wesleyan College:
Although the application is not yet available, this is a site to watch if the college might be a fit for you as it appears they've just announced a STEM scholarship that applies to Physics majors. The scholarship is up to $6000 per year to incoming freshman and transfer students and is renewable.
