Currently the Nucleus allows a single icon and personal picture to be uploaded.  This is available through the 'manage my account' link at the top of the page, and through the 'Profile' tab.

You may also upload multiple pictures to a different server (flickr and zoto are popular free photo based websites) and show them in posts by typing <img src="http://servername.com/path/pic.jpg"> into the post.
