There are a small but growing number of webcomics that speak to physics students.

XKCD is one, though Randall Munroe's humor has a definite mean streak - see http://xkcd.com/356/ for an example.

PhD Comics, by Jorge Cham, deals more in generalities pertaining to all grad students. See http://www.phdcomics.com/comics/archive.php?comicid=1043 for a strip about faculty-student interactions.
