The internship is rapidly approaching its end, along with a wonderful summer in DC. This week, we all gave our presentations at the American Center for Physics and, for Daniel and I, we haven't had much chance to work on our research this week.
On Monday, Daniel and I gave practice presentations at NASA. We then spent a significant portion of the day and night working on them for the next day.
On Tuesday, we gave practice presentations at ACP. Once again, the rest of our day consisted, well into the night, consisted of us revising our presentations.
On Wednesday, we presented in the morning, along with all the other interns. Later that day, Daniel, myself, and a couple other coworkers celebrated by Goddard lake.
On Thursday, our bosses took us out to lunch.
On Friday, I lost my badge and spent half the day searching for it. We are also making final changes to our presentations for our own benefit.
I still have a bit of work to get done, and only 1 full day of work left. Things are coming to a close.
