I had been seeing a band called "And You Will Know Us by the Trail of the Dead" in the course of music browsing for a while.  I knew nothing about them but was intriqued by their name.  From the name and the cover art on their CD's I assumed they would be a metal band.  Well, I found one of their CD's for about $10.00 and figured I would see what they were like.  They were not what I expected, but I was pleasantly surprised.  The more I listen to them the more I like them.  Anyone else heard this band?  What do you think?

Yes... They played at my RollerDerby Championship game in 2003. I know the singer/ guitar player pretty well. There is a cool picture of their name on a big screen behing myself and teammates coming out looking super tough..it is funny . They are great.

I have heard good things with respect to them, but I don't think I have had a chance to really sit down and give them a listen.
