PCCC is a feeder school to four year institutions in NJ.  We have education degree and science degree programs that expect students to continue their studies in a four year school, becoming certified to teach science.

PCCC is a two year, minority, urban college that feeds into four year colleges/universities in NJ such as NJIT, Montclair State, and Rutgers and has a pre?teacher program.  We also serve as an alternate route certification site program to NJ state teacher certification ? people who do not have formal education training wishing to enter the classroom.  Additionally, we run various workshops for in service teachers.
