A 1-week workshop is not a full-fledged Modeling Workshop, but is an introduction to modeling pedagogy. Modeling Instruction is a complex transformative pedagogy. Experience has shown that most teachers require at least three weeks (or 80 to 90 contact hours) of intensive workshop to begin to implement it.  We're doing what we can with the funding we can get.
