This set of 3 consecutive workshops on teaching mechanics using Modeling Instruction will be held in 1 week increments:

June 13-17: Introduction to Modeling Instruction; kinematics
June 20-24: Dynamics and projectiles
June 27-July 1: Energy, momentum, circular motion

A teacher can attend Week 1, Weeks 1 and 2, or all three weeks (preferred!). Teachers who previously had a 2-week Modeling Workshop in mechanics can take Week 3.

The workshops are open to teachers nationwide and will be located in Addison, Texas. Addison is approximately 10 miles north of Dallas.
