| Description: | The RET in aviation and aerospace research is designed to expose selected K-12 teachers to the latest technology in engineering, aviation, and aerospace research. ERAU faculty are involved in a wide variety of aerospace research in all areas of engineering, including the traditional areas of aerodynamics, structures, materials, propulsion, computational fluid dynamics, and astronautics as well as other areas of engineering with aviation foci, such as civil, electrical, and software engineering. The research and teacher experience is designed to support the overarching goal of encouraging, stimulating, and increasing talented students entering engineering careers. |
