Workshop
Funding for Teacher Education Programs
February 11, 2010 in Washington, DC at the Omni Shoreham
We are very sorry to announce that due to inclement weather, this workshop has been canceled. We expect to run one or more additional sessions from this workshop during the regular PTEC Conference--announcements will be made at the conference. If you were registered for it, we hope you will still be able to join us for the conference.
Program directors of three major programs that support the pre-service education of science and math teachers will discuss how to prepare strong proposals. The National Science Foundation Noyce session will include a mock review panel. An after-dinner talk will provide an overview of how these programs support teacher preparation at University of Colorado at Boulder. This workshop is open to PTEC members only. All workshop attendees must be registered for the PTEC Conference.
