2006 PTEC Conference Logistics
Conference Location
The Conference will be held on the campus of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in the Graduate Education Building, located near the intersection of Maple Street and Arkansas Avenue, and next to Carnall Hall. The Graduate Education Building has coordinates B-2 on the campus map.

When you call to make your reservation, be sure to ask for rooms held in the name of "PTEC." Since the Conference begins in the morning on Friday, March 24, please plan to arrive on March 23. Sessions continue throughout the next day, Saturday, March 25, until dinner.
Meals
Lunch and dinner will be provided at the Conference on Friday and Saturday, March 24-25. The Radisson will offer a breakfast buffet. Lunch and dinner will be covered with Conference registration.
Transportation
To and from the airport: You will fly into the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA), and from there the Conference will provide shuttle bus service to the hotel and back. Once you have made your travel plans, please send your arrival and departure days and times to Victoria Kwasiborski, so we can schedule the bus service.
From the Radisson to the Conference: The Radisson is about twelve blocks from the Graduate Education Building. Shuttle bus service from the Radisson to the Conference and back will be provided, and the schedule will be announced on this website once the agenda is final.
